Scheduler and Artwork Coordinator

Our client is looking for someone to come and join their team to Manage and Schedule artwork relating to advertising campaigns across their digital network.

  • Location: Durham
  • Salary: £22,000 - £23,000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, replying to emails and communicating with clients
  • Updating records, databases and spreadsheets
  • Schedule multiple campaigns across multiple sites
  • Maintain the scheduling system, archiving old artwork etc
  • Ensuring all Artwork is received on time
  • Chasing Clients to make sure deadlines are met
  • Ensuring Artwork is the correct size and format
  • Effectively Managing an email inbox
  • Play an active role in related projects
  • Maintaining and updating a site listing
  • Working with digital platform providers to integrate our CMS with external buying platform
  • Play out reporting
  • Proof of posting photography

A successful Scheduler must have experience working with computer programs and experience communicating over the phone. An ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role, if it’s in an advertising field, it will be even more relevant but not essential. Experience in a in a busy office, demonstrates valuable transferable skills. Full training will be provided.

A Scheduler needs to have excellent results in English, IT and maths at GCSE level. Strong A-levels in English and maths are desirable, or strong results in a practical college course.
