Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to assist us with their apprenticeship delivery, mostly remote working with some occasional travel

  • Location: North East
  • Salary: Negotiable

The Role

  • Inducting learners on to the apprenticeship programme
  • Meeting with learners (virtually mostly) to deliver training and coaching
  • Assessing learners through a variety of methods
  • Assessing products of work and providing feedback
  • Progress reviews and assessment planning
  • Eventual delivery of CIPD workshops

The Person

Essential:

  • CIPD HR qualified at least to level 5
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Delivery of training to at least level 5
  • At least 3 years of senior HR experience

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of apprenticeships
  • Assessor qualifications
  • The position will suit an individual with excellent organisational skills as managing own diary is essential. Punctuality and professionalism is essential as you will be working with some of the largest employers in the UK.
  • Travel expenses will be paid when travel is required. You will be required to come to our head office in North Yorkshire for induction requiring an overnight stay. Currently all delivery will be online although some travel throughout the South of England will be required from time to time eventually, travel expenses paid.
  • Experience of assessing and coaching is preferred but training will be provided for the right person. The position will be home based and candidates can be flexible with regard to hours although this must generally cover office hours
