Our Client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Location: Sunderland
  • Salary: Negotiable

The Role

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
  • Provide administrative support for operations team
  • Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

The Person

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
